Questions about supplies

Do I need to hire my fellow to buy ad accounts or cards?

No. Ad accounts, cards, numbers and warm-up are not included with your fellow: you buy them per order, at the price shown in the Hub.

What comes with an ad account?

The login and password, the 2FA secret with live codes in the Hub, and the BM ID and invite link where relevant. The number it was warmed on is held for it and can be added from the account, rented by the month or as a one-time number for codes.

How fast is delivery?

Accounts are delivered from stock, minutes after payment. What is in stock is shown live on this page and in the Hub.

What if something does not work when it arrives?

Check each delivery when it arrives. If a login, card or number does not work as described on delivery, message us the same day with the order reference and we fix it or replace it.

Is an ad account refunded when it stops running?

No. An ad account that was delivered working and later stops running is not refunded. The Hub logs how long it ran and puts a same-spec replacement one tap away as a new order, with a fresh number.

How does the card fee work?

You pay one flat fee on what you load, shown before you pay. There is no monthly fee and nothing in a month you do not spend.

Do I need your ad accounts to use the Hub?

No. The Hub works with any account. Buying from us only adds the card, codes and numbers to the same screen.
